Download Outlook for mobile. Open and enter your email and password.

IOS 14 and on:

Open Settings, then Mail.

Tap Accounts.

Tap add account.

Select Exchange.

Enter your email address and a description (Work, WLR, etc).

Tap Sign in. Enter your password. Approve the permissions and check the Consent checkbox.

You have finished setting up your email within Apple Mail.

iOS 13 and below:

Open Settings on your iPhone and move down to Passwords & Accounts.

Select and Tap Add Account.

Tap Add account and select Exchange.

Enter you full email address (name@thelubecenter.com, name@wlrauto.com, etc) and a description (Work Email, WLR), then tap Next.

1. If you are using a current iOS version you will see the following:

Select Sign in, enter your email password and Mail will pull the information needed and setup your account.

2. If you do not see this screen, or tap Configure Manually, proceed:

Enter your EMAIL password (NOTE: this may differ from your WLR domain password, Kace, Policy Tech, etc). After you have entered your password, tap Next.

Enter the information listed in the following picture.

The server will be outlook.office365.com for all WLR companies

Your username will be your full email address.

All information should show a brief check after you select Next followed by the screen below, where you can choose what will sync to your phone and finally Save.
