Storage Sense Use and Configuration Print

Click on your Start button and select Settings

From the main Settings Page, click System

On the left column select Storage

Ensure Storage Sense is On and click Configure Storage Sense or run it now

Verify that Storage Sense is set to run Every day.

Ensure your OneDrive is Set to 14 days.

Then make sure your SharePoint Documents (your department and any going forward) are set for 1 day.

You have now configured Storage Sense to automatically clean unused files locally, preventing unneeded use of your disk space.
