• Click on your Start button and select Settings



  • From the main Settings Page, click System



  • On the left column select Storage



  • Ensure Storage Sense is On and click Configure Storage Sense or run it now



  • Verify that Storage Sense is set to run Every day.



  • Ensure your OneDrive is Set to 14 days.



  • Then make sure your SharePoint Documents (your department and any going forward) are set for 1 day.


 

 

  • You have now configured Storage Sense to automatically clean unused files locally, preventing unneeded use of your disk space.
