- Click on your Start button and select Settings
- From the main Settings Page, click System
- On the left column select Storage
- Ensure Storage Sense is On and click Configure Storage Sense or run it now
- Verify that Storage Sense is set to run Every day.
- Ensure your OneDrive is Set to 14 days.
- Then make sure your SharePoint Documents (your department and any going forward) are set for 1 day.
- You have now configured Storage Sense to automatically clean unused files locally, preventing unneeded use of your disk space.
