If you receive the following error "Make sure 'Your Department - Your Department Documents' is running on your PC, then try again." when attempting to open a document, please ensure that you are logged into OneDrive.
You can click on the blue cloud icon in your notification area (it will more than likely have a red X in it).
If you continue to have issues, please submit a Support Portal ticket and a member of WLR IT will contact you to assist.
