WLR IT Support Portal

Open your WLR SharePoint link on your desktop:

Sign in with your WLR 365 email and password.

Select the Locations entry on the left side of the page:

Click on your Region, which will then display a link to your region's OneNote. Click this link.

When this opens in your web browser, click the Editing drop down and select Open in Desktop App:

Once your OneNote opens, verify that the title of your OneNote is OneNote and NOT OneNote for Windows 10.

•        If the title reads OneNote for Windows 10, please submit a ticket so that WLR IT can assist.
